Biography

Sarah is a co-founder of Complete and has been involved in the development of the business over the last 20 years. Her focus is directed internally as she oversees many of the financial and business support aspects of the company. Sarah has a medical background which gives her a unique understanding of the content, products and tools we use. This enables her to offer a depth of experience and guidance to our team to in turn ensure the best possible solutions for our clients.

Sarah brings a variety of experience to the team, originally qualifying with a degree in nursing before moving into medical sales. Responding to the needs of her family she established and ran a behavioural programme for their autistic son. In 2021 she set up a supported living provision for him and two other young people. Sarah is part of the team driving the Digital transformation of the organisation. Her passion is in creating the space for individuals to grow and develop.

Sarah’s leadership style is a harmonious blend of strategic guidance and compassionate support. Drawing from her extensive background in medical sales and nursing, she approaches leadership with a unique perspective, prioritising individual growth and development. As a co-founder of Complete, Sarah has played a pivotal role in shaping the business for over two decades, overseeing financial and business support functions. Her leadership philosophy revolves around creating a supportive environment that fosters both professional and personal development, ensuring the success and well-being of the team.

Sarah’s qualifications include a degree in nursing, training in medical sales, behavioural therapy and more recently skilling up for her role as a CQC nominated individual to enable set up of the supported living home. She believes in making a contribution to her local community and has for many years volunteered as a Governor and trustee in schools and academies. Continually building up her skills in areas such as digital transformation, organization design, and operating model development in order to meet the organisations strategic initiatives. Her medical background and involvement in her autistic son’s behavioural programme provides her with a deep understanding of the content, products, and tools used in the business. This unique insight enables her to offer a depth of experience and guidance to the team, ensuring the best possible solutions for clients.
